Shelby County judge sets February trial in death of Pelham police officer

 

OK.  This happen almost a year ago.  This happen in the community that I lived in for 24 years. 

 

This clown lived in Kimberley way the hell on the other side of Jefferson County, at least a 45 to 50 minute drive from where he shot the cop.  He had been down to Alabaster for some reason.  He was pulled over for speeding.  After he put a round into the cop he tried to dump his car over in the projects off of Tallapoosa Ave. over on the north side of B'ham, close to the airport.  That's one hell of an area to cover in just a couple of hours.  This guy was up to no good.  And the bad part of it is the cop was about to let him go when he shot him!

 

And they are not going to try him until next year!  He should have already been tried, convicted, and executed!  There's no doubt he did it. 

 

The Shelby County DA and his lawyer should have took Mr. Cop Killer into a room, gave him his gun with one round, and suggest to him that he save the tax payers a lot of time and money.  Then left the room and if he didn't put the bullet in his head himself, they should have done it for him.
