Nice dog and pony show but, I am not sure that he is addressing a problem as it really exists.

Is the priimary purpose of US immigration policy to try to address the issue as this guy states?

I don't think it is.

It is to increase the productive work force, increase the tax base, and to increase the contributions to S.S.!

The argument that our laws are not doing that well is another argument.

He makes no mention of the billions of dollars that the US, and American (for and not for profit) companies spend in developing countries helping them improve the basics like food and water.
