I'm thinking about switching from blackberry and was leaning toward an iphone since I have itunes and itouch.

 

The sales guy was pushing droids, I had bad experience with HTC in the past but they have to be better now or they would be out of business.

 

Has anyone used both an iphone & a droid?  I'm leaning toward a thunderbolt.  I'm on verizon.

 

Any thoughts? Recommendations.

I just got an HTC inspire a few weeks ago. I really like it. To me it's better device than an iphone. I couldn't touch an iPhone for less than 200 with a two year contract. I got the HTC for 50.

Samsung came out with the galaxy ii s that is suppose to be an iPhone killer.

I owe, I owe, so it's off to work I go.

I have had the HTC EVO  (Sprint) for more than 6 months. It's Android – great phone.. low battery life but that's the phone not the operating sys..  There are so many free apps for the droid compared to the iPhone. and the cost a way lower for the phone..

Droid is it. But make sure your phone has the latest version of Android. The earlier versions had some glitches that really piss you off.

Over the weekend my sister and I went to a funky little restaurant in North Florida.  My sister is one of these "Apple does it best" people.

She whipped out her iPhone to take pictures of the place but they were all really dark.  I pulled out my Droid phone and clicked off a couple of pics and they turned out great (because my Droid has a flash).  She started making excuses that she could fix all her pictures when she connected her phone to her Apple PC.  I snickered and told her that my pictures didn't need fixing… and they were already on Facebook.

When the check came she was having trouble reading it because it was dark in the place.  Again I pick up my Droid phone and turn on the flash and shined it on the check so she could see it.

Hi yall.  I have not been around for a long time and I doube anyone knows me.  I don't post often, BUT, I am a loyal iPhone user.  There was an old VW ad that said why buy a copy when you can own the origional!  Apple is, in my openion, the most innovative company out there, and I am glad to give them my business.  As for photos, the iphone 4 has a flash.
